Q: Are Gatorz available in my local optical outlet?

A: Generally not, although you may find them in a No Fear store. For the best price on Gatorz its best to purchase them online from a reputable dealer. At AluminumEyewear.com, we specialize in the Gatorz brand and as such can offer the best pricing and advice.

Q: Do you sell Gatorz replacement lenses?

A: Gatorz lenses are precision fitted and can only be fitted by Gatorz themselves. Call Gatorz at 800 767 4287 and ask to speak to their warranty department who will be happy to assist you.

Q: Can I get prescription lenses for Gatorz?

A: It is possible although pricey as the lenses are sent to a 3rd party lab. Contact us for further information.

Q: Didn't Gatorz sell more metal styles than 5. What happened?

A: In April 2011 Gatorz discontinued 7 metal frames and introduced a brand new line of plactic styles. The metal frames that were discontinued were the Converter, Competitor, Demora, Edge, Envy, Rockstar and Quantum.

Q: Didn't Gatorz used to do Sunburst and Blue Chrome lenses?

A: Yup. They along with many other lens colors were also discontinued in April 2011. Its possible they might be reintroduced in the future, but for now Liquid Eyewear offer excellent alternatives.

Q: What's the difference between Gatorz and Liquid sunglasses?

A: The main difference is that Liquid Eyewear's frame are hingeless, so the frame is one solid piece of aluminum where as Gatorz feature double hinges on the arm. See the table below for a better comparison.
