Gatorz Limited Warranty

From the date of purchase and with receipt, GATORZ provides a two year warranty for metal sunglasses and a one year warranty for plastic sunglasses. This warranty covers breakage and defects due to material and/or workmanship. GATORZ will repair or replace any current style that is deemed to possess a manufacturer’s defect. Scratched lenses as a result of normal use are not covered by this warranty. 

For warranty or replacement service

Call GATORZ Warranty Department at 800-767-4287 to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Once you receive your RA#, you will be given detailed instructions regarding the return process. Return Authorization numbers are only valid for 30 days from the date it was issued.  Packages and returns without a valid RA# on the outside of the package will be refused by our receiving department and returned to you. 

Replacement Lenses:

For a nominal fee on current styles, and on most of our products, GATORZ offers a lens replacement and product repair / rebuild service.

A shipping fee of $9 will also be appied to all warranty/repair claims by Gatorz.

Liquid Eyewear 1 Year Limited Warranty

Liquid Icon Sunglasses are warranted to the original purchaser for one full year from the date of purchase against any material and workmanship defect. Liquid Icon will repair or replace, at our option, any pair of Liquid Icon sunglasses found to be defective. This excludes any damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. This One Year Limited Warranty does not apply to normal wear. This includes, but is not limited to, scratching or accidental breakage. This warranty period must be accompanied by the following:

1. Original proof of purchase. Including a dated copy of the original sales receipt with your returned eyewear.

2.A check for $9.95 to cover shipping and handling. International charges will vary.

3.A brief description indicating how the sunglasses broke

4. Your name, daytime phone number, and address in the event that we need to contact you in regards to the charges due to accidental breakage.

This One Year Limited Warranty does not cover accidental breakage.
